I've completed the body of my first "free range" knitting project based on Jane Thornley's Color Stream Wrap(http://www.janethornley.com/blog/index.php/knitting/patterns_wraps/) which I am calling Fushia Basket. I used a combination of soft and hot pinks with a touch of burgundy and white. I wound up casting off and then changing my mind twice, but I am finally ready to work the finishing outside rows. I'll have a picture online either at Mountain Highway Knitters Meetup (http://www.meetup.com/Mountain-Highway-Knitters/) or my Etsy store (http://www.ebrightwing/etsy.com) soon. I am excited about this new technique because it offers so much room for individual variation and creativity.
